Natchitoches, LA – New Orleans is known for its culture, heritage, cuisine and many revelries. Now students at NSU are about to experience all of the above during Campus Dining Services’ Jazzland Jamboree promotion set to take place on Wednesday, January 30th from 10:30am-2pm in the Iberville Dining Hall. Jazzland Jamboree will be a multi-sensory experience for customers, complete with traditional New Orleans cuisine, festivities and décor. Students are invited to relax, enjoy jazz music, participate in some great activities, and enjoy the rich culture and heritage that New Orleans has to offer. A brand new element of the event is the introduction of a series of collectible posters that students will have the opportunity to win throughout the promotion. “Our Jazzland Jamboree event will give students the opportunity to experience N’Awlin’s food and music that they really enjoy,” states Vance Howe, General Manager. “We’re also tying in the fact that Mardi Gras break is the first week of February, so our students will have the chance to celebrate New Orleans in Natchitoches.” “Through our Great American Road Trip Series, we hope to treat our students to flavors that are unique to our featured destinations from across the United States.” Jazzland Jamboree will take place on Wednesday, January 30th from 10:30am-2pm in Iberville Dining Hall.
